The operation consist in removing the wearing and adding rubber through        hot vulcanization.

    The thickness of the layer is between 10 and 25 mm.

The characteristics of the wearing are:

• break resistance, min. 140 kgf/cm²³;
• elongation resistance, min. 400%;
• hardness , 60±5 Shore A grades;
• rubber mixture wear, max. 250 mm³;

    The adhesion between rubber and metal is of minimum min.15kgf/cm. We recondition training up and free drums, at plate joining taking into account the drum rotation sense.

For the underground drums, the plating is made with antistatic and fire proof rubber, which carries out all the conditions asked by the mining security norms.

     The drum dimensions can be between:

• 245 ... 1600 mm diameterl;
• 600 ... 6000 mm lenght.
